Financial Policy
North Coast Dental Group participates with Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and accepts assignment of benefits from other dental insurance plans. We are happy to provide estimates in advance of the amount your insurance will pay towards your treatment, and we accept that amount as partial payment. Patients are responsible for the remaining balance or co-pay after insurance. All payments are due at the time of service. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash or check. In addition, we offer financing through CareCredit®, for which you may qualify for low-interest or no-interest payment options to cover dental care expenses, depending upon your credit history and eligibility.
Office Hours
Our extended office hours make scheduling appointments for the entire family easy and convenient. We recommend scheduling appointments for younger children earlier in the day so that they are rested.
