Dr. Carlos Xavier was born and raised in Fortaleza, Brazil where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Fortaleza in 2007 and his post-graduate certificate in Prosthodontics at São Leopoldo Mandic University in 2009.

Dr. Xavier practiced in public service and private practice until 2016 when he was accepted into the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at Eastman Institute for Oral Health – University of Rochester. In 2018, he began the General Practice Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Since 2019 Dr. Xavier has been practicing as a General Dentist in the Finger Lakes region and is pleased to be joining the North Coast Dental Group team.

Dr. Xavier is dedicated to providing patients with personal, one-on-one care, making sure their comfort and well-being meets their expectations. He feels fortunate to help people smile; building up their confidence to eat, talk, and ultimately have a healthy mouth and body.
Dr. Xavier lives in Webster with his wife and two daughters where he loves grilling Brazilian steaks, playing squash, and spending time with his family and friends.
